This private sector client needed some assistance with business development activity, specifically around winning a strategically important contract.

What we did:

Outcome: The client won the contract worth c. £800k over three years through our analysis of the potential throughout the East of England for domestic carbon savings using demographic data and identified the most cost effective routes to market.
