What we did:
- Undertook a marketing and policy analysis
- Analysed existing data to create a defined market segmentation
- Developed a maturity model and mapped existing products and services onto it
- Mapped the segmentation onto the model to quantify numbers and potential revenue
- Developed a strategy and plan based on insights
- Assisted the organisation in implementing the plan
Outcome: Revenue sales increased 26.5 % between May 09-May 10, sales projections quantified, 5 new products have been developed
