Security Sector - Cross Government Strategy
A central government policy team needed develop a core policy document to support a cross governmental strategy and to structure their programme to deliver a complex range of objectives and commitments.
What we did:
- Drafted and delivered to the Home Secretary a strategy document within seven weeks
- The strategy was published on schedule in time for media coverage on International End Violence Against Women day
- Developed a programme structure and plans to coordinate the necessary workstreams and prioritised the team's objectives
Outcome: The team were able to meet their Ministerial commitments on time and were able to articulate the key drivers and structure of their programme
