A key client for this company had re-tendered their contract early because their business priorities had changed, they wanted to ensure their events supplier could make a step change.
What we did:
- Developed a business strategy for the events supplier company, developing an evidence based approach
- Developed a tender response for their main client under very challenging circumstances including marketing strategy, financial model, processes, service level agreements and creative ideas
- Prepared the management team for pitch and attended as the marketing expert
Outcome: The contract was successfully retained for an extended 3 year period with a view to developing a strategic partnership
