Changing the Culture at the Identity and Passport Service
Background and objectives
Verdant worked with the new marketing team at the Identity and Passport Service (IPS) to develop and deliver a motivational team workshop. The team needed to bond and work together to meet their challenges which included building internal credibility and developing new cost effective strategies.
Results and evaluation
- The team from IPS felt more positive about their roles as individuals and as a team. They also felt more empowered.
- Verdant identified a vision for the team and an action plan to underpin the achievement of that vision
- Verdant gave support and coaching, tools and techniques to the team leader as follow up
