Leadership Development with the National Centre for Languages
Background and objectives
Verdant were approached by the Chief Executive of the National Centre for Languages (CILT) to help deliver a new plan and budget to the DfE. CILT needed to make savings but there was widespread resistance to change. The objective was to successfully deliver the budget outlined by DfE but also to help the organisation through a period of change working closely with the senior management team.
