Development of a Marketing Strategy for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust - SSAT
Background and objectives
Verdant were asked to help support the Community Team at the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) in developing a marketing strategy and tactical plan. The aims was to build a targeted and more cost effective programme that extended their reach beyond the schools already involved as well as keeping existing stakeholders engaged and active.
Verdant also aimed to identify targets and evaluation mechanisms to help the team demonstrate their value.
Results and evaluation
- Development of a customer journey model and other frameworks tailored to the Community teams needs
- Mapped SSAT support and services against the customer journey to identify opportunities and gaps
- Initiated quantitative research to better understand school progress in the community area with 13% uptake
- Delivered a one year strategy and tactical plan
- Delivered recommendations around targeting
