Our people have diverse backgrounds; many have come from client side, and have a mixture of private and public sector experience. They are focused on helping clients to get the best from their resources, manage their risks effectively and transfer skills to their team.
Our team have wide ranging specialist skills including strategic development, project management, organisational change, stakeholder management, and marketing and communications. We can field individuals or teams depending on your requirements, and will provide biographies as part of any project.
Outstanding Small Consultancy of the Year
The team from Verdant won the 2010 CIPR award for Outstanding Small Consultancy of the Year on June 16 2010 in recognition of our personal and team achievements at the highest professional level. Verdant battled it out with three other finalists to win the coveted award, and demonstrated to a panel of judges how they had successfully maintained their competitive edge in both client satisfaction and exceptional performance over the last three years.
