Independent Review: The Magee Review of Criminality Information:
Stakeholders were not engaged with review and they lacked processes with which to manage the programme and understand insights.
What we did:
- Led stakeholder and communications team working to deliver the Independent Review of Criminality report to the Home Secretary.
- Oversaw the delivery of the stakeholder consultation process.
- Worked directly with the Programme Director and Sir Ian Magee on preparation of Ministerial submissions and presentations, media and communications strategy.
Outcome: All press coverage was positive value: £1.2m, further funding circa £25m was secured for practical delivery, key changes have been implemented across the public protection system.
