Development of Stakeholder and Partnership Relationships with the Home Office
Background and objectives
The Home Office Stakeholder Strategy Unit wanted to improve relationships with its 6,000 partners and lead the way across Government on relationship management. Verdant were brought in to help establish the necessary processes and strategies to ensure successful engagement.
Results and evaluation
- Verdant supported on initiating cultural change, mapped and helped prioritise and produced partner profiles and briefing for key stakeholders
- We developed a tracking research programme to help the team understand the drivers of satisfaction for national and regional stakeholders.
- Having identified key areas for development, Verdant were then able to negotiate and set improvement targets over three years across the Home Office group.
- Verdant used the insights gained to help shape the Home Office strategy and develop a focused deployment plan.
