Business Strategy Review for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust
Background and objectives
The Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) Community Team remit is to help schools make the link with their communities in the widest sense for the benefit of the school, its pupils and the wider community. This agenda is far reaching and the services SSAT offers reflect this.
Verdant were asked to work with the Community Team look at whether all of their activities were efficient and effective. The programme has grown during the last few years and it was timely to review its progress.
